GraySpace Consulting, together with Gomsons Aviation, participated in the stakeholder consultation on the Aviation Ecosystem Policy of Andhra Pradesh and submitted recommendations to the Government of Andhra Pradesh on building a future-ready aviation training, innovation, and workforce development hub. The submission focuses on strengthening aviation training capacity, promoting international partnerships, expanding access to aviation training finance, improving industry-academia collaboration, and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, drones, advanced air mobility, and sustainable aviation fuel.
India’s aviation sector is entering a phase of significant growth, and states that invest early in workforce development and training infrastructure will be well placed to support both domestic demand and international opportunities. In our submission, we highlighted the strategic opportunity for Andhra Pradesh to position itself as a major centre for aviation training and innovation serving India and other emerging aviation markets.
We appreciate the efforts of the Andhra Pradesh Airports Development Corporation Limited and the Government of Andhra Pradesh in engaging with industry stakeholders as part of this policy process.
