Webinar on `Innovating for better inclusion of persons with disabilities - With a focus on transport and legal sectors` , was held on 1 December 2023 to mark the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilites. Listen for more details and connect with us if you have an interest in the area of diversity & disability https://lnkd.in/eiriwGA5. Great contributions from Linda Ristagno Apoorv Kulkarni Sandra Witzel Blaz Pongracic on a topic that most of us are even hesitant to talk.
1 out of 6 is disabled amongst us and hence a growing market from an economic standpoint. Freedom to travel and travel with dignity is equally relevant for #personswithdisabilities. Transport operators alone cannot change or should be responsible for behavioral or attitudinal change. This is a collective responsibility of everyone involved and we need to work to do the necessary for #betterinclusion of #personswithdisabilities as it is #therightthingtodo.
